(e) Residential Open-Air Schools.
There are no such schools under the direct control of the
Local Education Authority; the Committee, however, have continued
to send a certain number of children, for whom such treatment
would be beneficial, to the Ogilvie School of Recovery at
Clacton-on-Sea.
Arrangements have also been made for the admission of
children to the Russell Cotes School of Recovery at Parkstone,
and to the Institutions of the Invalid Children's Aid Association.
The accompanying table gives particulars in connection with these
children.
In addition, the Invalid Children's Aid Association have
rendered assistance in 106 cases, financial responsibility for which
was not undertaken by the Local Education Authority.
