Milk Supply.
The whole of the Milk supply is imported and the greater
bulk is distributed by three or four large firms who have
adopted the latest hygienic methods of storing and cleansing.
They have also their own Inspectorate, who take frequent samples
from the milk carriers to ensure the milk being delivered as it
comes from the cow.
