DUST BINS.
During the year reports have been made to the Committee
that 953 houses were without suitable dust bins. On every occasion
the Committee authorised enforcement of the provisions of
the Fast Ham Improvement Act, 1903, and Statutory Notices
have been served on responsible persons to provide for the
