The larger establishments also appear to be more conscious of their
responsibilities, e.g. in such matters as accident reporting, and the need
for instruction in accident prevention.
While progress continues to be made in this field, staff shortages
reduced the time that could be devoted to matters concerning the Offices,
Shops and Railway Premises to a minimum and unfortunately the prospects
of the position improving during 1972 are not good.
