Butter.—Of the 204 samples of butter taken, 174 were found to
be genuine, and the remaining 30 were adulterated. In one case
the summons was dismissed, as the word "Margarine" was printed
on the wrapper, and this was held to be a sufficient disclosure. In
another case the summons could not be served, as the defendant
had gone away. The following are the results of the other 28
