Up to the end of the year 15 Clearance Orders in respect of

included in five Orders have been demolished, 27 families being
re-housed in Council houses and 22 finding accommodation elsewhere.
The premises included in two Orders have not been demolished
within the time limit specified owing to the difficulty in finding
accommodation for the tenants in a neighbourhood suitable to
their requirements. One of these Orders concerned two properties,
of which one is still inhabited; and the other, eight, of which three
are still occupied. Of the families previously occupying the other
houses included in these two Orders, four were re-housed in Council
houses and four found alternative accommodation.

the premises being used as stores.
