The numerous measures which have been carried out, under
the superintendence of your Sewers and Sanitary Committee,
have conduced to this reduction in the mortality from this
class of disease, for, in my last yeai's Report, the deaths were,
in Brompton, 49; in Kensington, 325; making a total
of 374.
