WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, the Auditors appointed by the Parish of Saint James and Saint John, Clcrkenwell, to examine and
audit the Accounts of the Vestry of the said Parish, for the period from the 25th day of March, 1858, to the 25th day of March, 1859,
having carefully and diligently examined and investigated the Accounts of the said Vestry for the period aforesaid, and the Vouchers in
support of the same, and the Books, Papers, Instruments, and "Writings in their custody or control, relating thereto, do hereby certify that
we have audited the said Accounts of the said Vestry, at their offices, known as the Vestry Hall, situate 23, Upper Eosoman Street, in the
County of Middlesex, in pursuance of the provisions of The "Act for the better Local Management of the Metropolis," and that the said
Accounts are true and correct in all particulars, and we do allow the same accordingly, and sign the same in token of such our allowance
thereof.
Given under our hands this third day of August, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-nine,
