Artificial Sunlight Clinic.
The routine application of treatment by means of ultra-violet
rays is performed by the Authority's Masseuse (Miss A. E. Findlay)
under the supervision of Dr. Henderson (Deputy School Medical
Officer).
During recent years there has been a marked increase in the
work of this clinic, as is evident from the following figures showing.

The following interesting report by Dr. Henderson contains
the results of a valuable investigation undertaken by him regarding
the effect of artificial sunlight on the body weight and on the
hæ
moglobin content of the blood of children undergoing courses of
treatment.
