INDIVIDUAL UNFIT HOUSES
Apart from the Council's action with regard to the
declaration of clearance areas in the Borough, 16 individual unfit
houses were represented by me during the year as unfit for human
habitation, and not capable of being made fit at reasonable expense.
The Council made one Demolition Order and 15 Closing Orders
in respect of the undermentioned propertiess-
