Maternal Deaths.
There were no maternal deaths during the year. In the previous year there
was only one maternal death recorded.
Inquests.
There were 55 inquests held on Woolwich residents during the year, and
396 post-mortems on Woolwich residents were carried out on behalf of the
Coroner.
