Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Acts.
During 1951 the Health Committee authorised the issue of certificates in
respect of four dwelling houses, the houses in question not being in a reasonable
state of repair. The Committee also considered five applications for revocation of
existing certificates of unfitness and authorised the issue of three such certificates
on being satisfied that the necessary repairs to put the houses concerned in a reasonable
state of fitness had been executed.
