The prevalent size of structurally separate dwellings, occupied and unoccupied,
is four rooms, as 24 consist of one room, 260 of two rooms, 1,406 of three rooms,
8,477 of four rooms, 8,335 of five rooms, whilst 11,080 consist of six to eight rooms,
and 795 of nine rooms or more.
The following Table, No. 55, shows the distribution of private families according
to the number of rooms occupied, together with the corresponding figures for 1921,
and the distribution of the populations in these two years.
