Food Poisoning.—In London, since the 12th July, 1932, every registered medical
practitioner attending on any person must, if he suspects or becomes aware that such
person is suffering from food poisoning, forthwith send to the Medical Officer of
Health a certificate in which he must state the name, age and sex of the person, the
full postal address and particulars of the food poisoning from which such person is
suspected to be suffering.
