In 71 instances the owners did not comply with the Statutory Notices, and
in each of these instances the Town Clerk sent a letter as a preliminary to legal
proceedings. In all except 7 instances this was sufficient, and in these 7, summonses
were issued.
In Table No. 27 will be found a summary of the nuisances abated and defects
remedied.
