Sophistication of Food.—The following Table gives details of the various analyses
made under the Food and Drugs (Adulteration) Act, Public Health (Condensed Milk)
Regulations, Public Health (Dried Milk) Regulations, and the Public Health
(Preservatives, etc., in Food) Regulations. In accordance with custom four samples
were taken on Sundays. None of these were adulterated.
