CHEMICAL AND BACTERIOLOGICAL EXAMINATION
OF FOOD.
No chemical analysis, other than that referred to in the
preceding paragraphs, has been carried out during the year.
The bacteriological work in connection with the examinations
of designated milks was carried out at the laboratories
of the Clinical Research Association, Watergate House, York
Buildings, Adelphi, W.C. 2.
