The Public Health (Meat) Regulations, 1924. Notice of
intention to slaughter any animal must be given to the
Council. In one instance only, slaughtering took place
without notice and the butcher was cautioned.
The following Table shows the number of animals slaughtered
in the Borough during the year :—
