x. Adoptive Acts, By-laws and Regulations relating to
Public Health in Force in the District.
Adoptive Acts. The Small Dwellings Acquisition Act,
1899, was adopted by the Council in 1901. During 1926, the
Borough Treasurer tells me, the Council made 293 advances
to purchasers of houses in accordance with the provisions of
this Act.
The following is a List of By-laws and Regulations made
under the various Acts, with date of adoption:—
