Analysis of Milk. 214 samples of milk were submitted
to the Public Analyst during the year, and only four were
found to be below the standard. Eleven of these samples
were taken on Sundays, all of which were genuine.
Bacteriological Examinations. No samples of milk, designated
or otherwise, were submitted to bacteriological
examination during the year.
Tuberculous Milk and Tuberculous Cattle. In London the
County Council is the Authority which deals with this aspect
of the pure milk problem.
Refresher Course for Sanitary Inspectors. In December
