BIRTHS.
During the year 2,939 births were registered in Woolwich,
1,510 being boys and 1,429 girls. Corrected by outward and
inward transfers these numbers become 2,867, 1,457 and
1,410, respectively. The corrected figures for the different
registration districts were as shewn in Table No. 5 which
follows:—
