The number of samples taken on Sundays was 16, one of
which was adulterated.
In the certificate furnished by the Public Analyst in the
case of milk, a fat percentage figure is given for each sample.
The following table shows the fact percentage figures for
1920, 1921 and 1922. The minimum legal standard is 3 per
cent.
