In East Plumstead 106 new houses and huts are calculated at 5 0 persons to a house, and in Eltham 490
new Government houses at the same rate.
Note.—The number of persons to a house is that found at the Census, with the exception of Woolwich
parish, for which the number in Dockyard and River Wards has been taken, omitting the Barracks.
