Where the water-supply is in a wash-house or scullery
there is generally a proper sink provided, but where it is in
an open yard there is no sink, but usually a gully underneath.
Apart from Harrington Buildings, I think it would be
difficult to prove a nuisance from want of a supply of water
at any of the 29 houses with no separate supply.
The following is a list of the houses with no separate supply:
