Altogether 20 persons have used the shelters since July,
1910. Since June, 1911, a weekly charge not less than 6d.
and not more than Is. 6d. has been made to all in a position
to pay. At present one patient is paying 6d., and three
Is., five not being- charged; of the latter four are now out
