Woolwich and Plumstead Cemeteries, compared with 97, 93,
92, and 92, in the four preceding years.
68 still-births were notified, compared with 54 in 1910.
22. Deaths under five years. The total deaths under five
years were 409 (345 in 1910).
23. Zymotic Death-rate. The number of deaths from
scarlet fever, diphtheria, measles, whooping cough, enteric
fever, and from diarrhoea and enteritis under two years of
age were 154, and the death-rate per 1,000 population 1.27.
Owing to the new tables required by the Local Government
Board not distinguishing between different forms of EnteritiB
it is impossible now to compare the Zymotic death-rate with
that of former years.
