Underground Rooms.
36. Three underground rooms, separately occupied, in
Burrage Ward, were found not in accordance with the Public
Health (London) Act. The service of notices led to cessation
of occupation.
Factories, Workshops, and Workplaces.
37. There were, at the close of the year 203 (227 in
1909) workshops and workplaces on the register. 639 inspections
were made, and 81 notices served and complied
with. 75 inspections of factories were made regarding
sanitary accommodation and 21 notices served and complied
