34. 1,453 notifications were received from school-teachers,
compared with 646, 661, 1,240, 465, and 825 in the five preceding
years. The mortality per cent. of notifications was 4.8, compared
with 3.8, 2.3, 2.8, and 3.8 in the four preceding years.
