Inspector Dee.
Eight summonses for infringements of the Public Health
(London) Act, 1891, were taken out during the year. In six
cases the Vestry were successful in recovering £2 3s. 6d. in
costs or fines, one case was withdrawn, the work having been
completed prior to the hearing, and the other case after two
hearings, at each of which the defendants were represented
by Counsel, was adjourned sine die.
