3. Prosecutions.
The occupier of a factory, summoned under Section 110 of the Act, for
failing to submit a list of outworkers was conditionally discharged for 12
months and ordered to pay £3. 3. 0d. costs.
A summons issued against the occupier of a basement bakehouse for using
the bakehouse after the certificate of suitability had been withdrawn under
Section 54 of the Act resulted in fines and costs totalling £22 being imposed.
