3. Prosecutions.
The occupier of a factory, summoned under Section 123 of the Act, for
obstructing a Public Health Inspector in the execution of his duties, was
conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £3.3.0d costs.
Two summonses issued against the occupier of a basement bakehouse for
using the bakehouse after the certificate of suitability had been withdrawn
under Section 54 of the Act resulted in fines and costs totalling £20 being
imposed.
