Water Certificates.
Water Certificates under the provisions of the Public
. Health (London) Act, 1936, as to new dwellings having a
proper and sufficient supply of water, were issued in respect
of 356 flats and 24 houses.
Wells.
Bacteriological and chemical analyses of water from the
seven deep wells in industrial use in the Borough are made
periodically and the results of such analyses are reported to
this Department.
Workplaces.
Inspections during the year of the 362 workplaces in the
area (other than those covered by the Factories Act 1937),
amounted to 49.
