V. UNDER THE PUBLIC HEALTH (MEAT) REGULATIONS,
1924.
On 10th September, R. Pack was summoned for not complying with the
Regulations with regard to his stall in White Horse Street, which was
improperly constructed, and the meat was exposed and sold from the roadway.
He was fined £3, with £2 2s. costs.
On 10th September, S. Lewis was summoned for not complying with the
Regulations with respect to his stall in White Horse Street, which was
improperly constructed, and the meat was exposed and sold from the roadway.
He was ordered to pay £2 2s. costs.
On 10th September, G. Sweetland was summoned for not complying with
the Regulations in respect to his shop and stall in White Horse Street. The
stall was improperly constructed, and meat was exposed and sold from small
stall on the footway.
He was ordered to pay £2 2s. costs.
VI. UNDER THE LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL (GENERAL
POWERS) ACT, .1908.
On 25th October, L. Pulver was summoned for not observing due cleanliness
in the shop and premises, 30, Hessel Street.
He was fined £\, with £1 Is. costs.
VII. UNDER THE PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION ACTS.
On 9th November, N. Yarmuhnsky was summoned for attempting to
bribe a Sanitary Inspector.
He was fined ^10, with £5 5s. costs.
