NUISANCES FROM NOISE.
Several complaints regarding nuisances from noise were made during
the year. In all cases a satisfactory arrangement was made in connection
with the use of machinery after inspections had been made by the Public
Health Inspector.
There was one complaint regarding noise from a juke-box, a warning
was given to the operator and the nuisance was abated.
FOOD HYGIENE.
During 1959 the routine inspections under the Food Hygiene Regulations
were carried out by the Specialist Food Inspector, (Mr. Harvey).
