EXAMINATION OF MILK SUPPLIED TO L.C.C. SCHOOL
AND DAY NURSERIES.
Samples of milk were taken from supplies delivered to local schools and
day nurseries and submitted for chemical analysis, methylene blue and
phosphatase tests. All were found to conform to the required standards.
BACTERIOLOGICAL SAMPLING OF MILK.
23 Samples of pasteurised milk were submitted for phosphatase and
methylene blue tests. All samples conformed to the prescribed standard.
