BACTERIOLOGICAL SAMPLING OF MILK.
16 samples of pasteurised milk, 3 samples of "TT" Pasteurised
milk and 1 sample of "TT" milk were submitted for phosphatase and
methylene blue tests. All samples conformed to the prescribed
standard.
4 samples of sterilized milk submitted showed negative results
to turbidity test.
CONDENSED MILK REGULATIONS.
4 samples of condensed milk were submitted for analysis under
the above regulations. The composition was found to be satisfactory
in all cases.
BACTERIOLOGICAL SAMPLING OF ICE CREAM.
18 samples were submitted to the methylene blue test with results
as follows
