In conclusion, Mr. Mayor, Ladies and Gentleman, I would
like to express the thanks of myself and the staff for the unfailing
support given to us during the year, by each one of you and
by our colleagues in other departments of this and other Councils.
The loyalty and devotion to duty of the Department's Staff
have been a source of great comfort to me, and I am glad to
have the opportunity of publicly thanking them once more.
