BACTERIOLOGICAL AND PATHOLOGICAL EXAMINATIONS
With the exception of those carried out at the Tuberculosis Dispensary, all the
examinations made directly on behalf of the Borough Council were performed by
Dr. F. H. Teale at the University College Hospital Medical School, and the following
is a summary of the work done by him for the Borough:—

FOOD POISONING
During the year thirteen notifications of suspected food poisoning were received.
These cases appeared to be minor gastric disturbances, possibly due to dietetic
indiscretions.
