MATERNAL MORTALITY
The number of Shoreditch women whose deaths were primarily classified to
childbirth during the year was 4. This gives a maternal mortality rate per 1,000 live
births of 3.27 and per 1,000 total births (i.e., still births included) of 3.17.

in Table No. 21.
