spinal meningitis, acute polioencephalitis and poliomyelitis, encephalitis lethargica.
glanders, anthrax, hydrophobia, malaria, dysentery, acute primary pneumonia, acute influenzal pneumonia, ophthalmia neonatorum, tuberculosis, all
forms (for which see special section of this report), and measles (under 5 years).
