Scarlet Fever.
The cases certified numbered 605, of which 38 or 6.3 per cent were
subsequently not regarded as Scarlet Fever. The actual number of cases
was accordingly 567, which gives an attack rate of 6.06 per 1,000 inhabitants.
The age, seasonal and Ward distribution of the cases are included in the
table on page 25. There were no fatal cases.
