I wish to thank all my colleagues, both in this and other Departments of the
Council's service, for the unfailing and willing help they have given me throughout
the year, and in doing so will couple my thanks with the names of Dr. James Fanning,
Assistant Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Peters and Mr. H. L. Davies, Dental Surgeons,
and Mr. Pearson, Senior Sanitary Inspector.
In conclusion I have to acknowledge the help and encouragement that I have at
all times received in all matters relating to my work from the members of the Council
generally, and in particular from the Chairman and members of the Health and
Maternity and Child Welfare Committees.
