The percentage of samples found adulterated was again markedly below the
average for past years.
With reference to the convictions in 1925, in 2 instances the defendants had
been previously convicted once. The remaining 3 were first convictions under the
Sale of Food and Drugs Acts.
BAKEHOUSES.
The bakehouses were subject to the usual inspection during the year, and some
