To the Medical Officer of health.
Sir,
I have the pleasure to submit the following report on the work of Health
Visiting in the Hoxton Division of the Borough during the year 1914.
Part of my time has been spent in visiting certain residents of Hoxton, and
part in the clerical work which such visits involve.
The total number of (1) visits paid ; (2) personal attendances and attendances
of parents at the Weighing Centre ; (3) interviews in connection with the above
amounts to 3,362.
This total is composed of work in conection with :—
I. Notification of Births.
(a.) Visits and revisits to homes 1,733
Visits 984
Revisits 749
(b.) Attendances at the Weighing Centres 53
(c.) Attendances of parents at the Weighing
Centres 791
II. Epidemic Diarrhoea.
