In pursuance of a resolution passed by the Local Authority at their meeting
on the Seventh day of January, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirteen, the
Common Seal of the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Shoreditch, was
hereunto affixed this Twenty-seventh day of January, One Thousand Nine
Hundred and Thirteen, in the presence of
