I have again to express my satisfaction with the way in which the officers
of the Health Department discharged their duties during the year, and also my
appreciation of the assistance rendered by them in connection with my work,
and in conclusion I have to express my thanks for the kind consideration and help
which I have received from the Chairman and members of the Health Committee
in connection with the work of the Department during the year.
