The number of officers on the Vestry's sanitary staff remains as set forth in the
Annual Report for 1897. The resignation of Mr. Wilton, the Vestry's late mortuary
keeper, and the appointment of his successor has already been dealt with. On the
transference of J. Innes to another department, A. Cartiledge was appointed assistant
disinfecting officer in his place.

and sanitary staff for the assistance I have received from them in connection with the
work of the past year.
SANITARY STAFF.

Your obedient Servant,
LEWIS T. FRASER BRYETT,
