scheme which was discontinued on account of it not being a
success, owing to the small numbers of children who applied.
It Is true that these facta, as tabulated, are not very satisfactory,
but I hope that Lambeth will make the experiment,
and become a pioneer in connection with the provision of
warm baths at public baths for school children at reduced
rates.
