below Code of Practice in butter fat.
(b) Inferior—Sugar 25.5%, Avail. C.O.2 0.35. Dried Egg 2.5%. Sugar
according to recent Code of Practice should be at least 30%.
(c) Inferior—Fat 23.0% (Not more than 0.13% butter fat). Protein
11.0%. Salt 3.4%. So little cheese (probably not more than
0.5%) as not to justify the name.

(Sucrose) 14.0%. N.F.M.S. 11.5%. Contained substantially no

Low compared with the requirements of 80% in the defunct Meat
Products Order.
Sample No. 876. Fat 21%, lean 41%. Total meat 62%. (Defunct
Meat Products Order required 80%).

of 25% Almond is expected).
