INSPECTION OF FOOD PREMISES.
2,274 visits of inspection were made to Food Premises during
the year, and 278 defects were noted. 250 defects were abated
during 1949 ; this figure includes those noted in 1948 which were
abated in 1949.

The Milk (Special Designation) (Raw Milk) Regulations, 1949.
The Milk (Special Designation) (Pasteurised and Sterilised
